Introduction

Parisah is an experienced litigation attorney specializing in managing probate, trusts, and elder law disputes from inception through trial.

Expertise

Parisah has dedicated her career to trust and estate litigation since 2015. Prior to joining The Glowacki Firm as a senior associate attorney in 2025, she primarily focused on trust and will contests, fiduciary accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, financial elder abuse, and inheritance disputes. Even in law school, she demonstrated her commitment to this area of law by volunteering her time as a certified law clerk obtaining temporary elder abuse restraining orders for various clients through Chapman University’s Alona Cortese Elder Law Center.

Parisah has played a key role in multiple high-stakes trials. Most recently, she served as second chair in a successful probate trial, securing relief for a petitioner against a beneficiary who violated a no-contest clause. She also second-chaired a civil trial, successfully defending a client against claims of intentional interference with expected inheritance and contractual relations, drafting the winning motion for judgment on the pleadings. Additionally, she has conducted several evidentiary trials securing elder abuse restraining orders to protect vulnerable seniors in the community.

Honors & Awards

Parisah’s accomplishments have earned industry recognition. She was selected for the Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2024-2025, an honor awarded to attorneys through a rigorous, multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and evaluations by a highly credentialed panel.

Community & Pro Bono

An active leader in the Orange County trusts and estates legal community, Parisah has served on the board of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Trusts & Estates Section since 2019 and is currently the 2025 Chair. She has also held roles as Judicial Liaison and Program Chair for the Section.

Education

Parisah earned her B.A. in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine, graduating magna cum laude (2012). She obtained her J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law (2015), with an emphasis in advocacy and dispute resolution. During law school, she honed her litigation skills through mock trial competitions and externships focused on trusts and estates law.

She has completed 40 hours of basic mediation training and three hours of advanced training in mediating civil harassment cases. In 2019, she graduated from the Orange County Bar Association College of Trial Advocacy (Civil).

Parisah is licensed to practice law in California state courts. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler.
