Bio

Introduction

Taylor K. Nagle is an Associate Attorney who has worked with Mr. Glowacki since 2021. She combines professional civility with an athlete’s competitive spirit, all with an eye toward providing excellent client service.

Expertise

Ms. Nagle’s practice focuses on a broad range of trust and estate litigation, representing private professional fiduciaries, individual trustees, and beneficiaries in matters ranging from contests to accounting disputes and everything in between. Her work regularly involves high-conflict matters, emotionally charged family disputes, and complex trust administrations involving disputes with real estate, interests in family businesses, and intergenerational conflict.

Ms. Nagle has played key roles in high-stakes trust litigation, including second-chairing trials and handling all phases of law and motion practice. Her strategic yet client-centered approach is grounded in real-world litigation experience and years of navigating emotionally sensitive matters with care and integrity.

Community & Pro Bono Services

Ms. Nagle serves as a Member at Large on the Board of the Orange County Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section, where she volunteers for multiple subcommittees.

She is also an active member of the OCBA’s Artificial Intelligence Task Force, a committee focused on providing Orange County legal professionals with the knowledge and resources to understand and ethically integrate AI into their practices, ensuring alignment with evolving professional standards.

In addition, Ms. Nagle is a member of AthletesTouch, a national network of former collegiate and professional athletes committed to leadership in business and community.

Education

Ms. Nagle earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of San Diego and her Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she served on Chapman Law Review and participated in the Entertainment Law Clinic. During law school, she also externed for the Honorable Geoffrey Glass of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law, with a focus on Mediation.

Personal Background

Before attending law school, Ms. Nagle was a Division I rower and team captain at the University of San Diego and trained as an Olympic hopeful for the 2016 Rio Games – an experience that shaped her disciplined, tenacious, and team-oriented mindset as an advocate.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Nagle enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their German shorthaired pointer, Western.
